What would you do if you saw your football idol live in the flesh whilst you were having your photos taken in a photobooth?
Fans were posing inside a photobooth in Team Great Britain shirts and paraphernalia at Westfield Stratford City Mall, next to the Olympic Park, when a certain England, Manchester United and Real Madrid legend popped in and asked the fans if he can join them. How can they refuse him, seriously?!
This was certainly a masterstroke from athletic apparel maker Adidas. The reactions were priceless, to say the least. Have a look at the video:
The kid's reaction to seeing his idol says it all, doesn't it? I am quite sure Becks made his day as well as all the others lucky enough to have their photos taken with him.
Beckham, for all his tattoos, still exudes the 'good guy' factor. Filipino fans and media were equally lucky to have seen him here on December 2011 whilst his team, the LA Galaxy played the Azkals.
You think David Beckham is all PR? I don't think so. Friends from UNICEF vouch for his sincerity in talking to kids, and this was without the spotlight of the media following him that day. After the Azkals match, Becks promised Phil Younghusband his signed #23 jersey in the post-game presscon. How would Becks give Phil his shirt, with the Galaxy bus all ready to leave and the bodyguards nervously looking at their watches?
Well, Becks left the presscon after he was done, only to make a surprise re-appearance with a signed jersey in tow. Truly a class act.

With the kid who cried his eyes out when he saw Becks.
David Beckham. The one and only.
